Note: If the free-text field contains excessive personal information, the school reserves the right to delete or manage such information as deemed appropriate.
3. Retention Period
The collected personal information will be retained for up to 10 years to facilitate follow-up after the training, as well as for medium- to long-term communication and inquiries. Data will be periodically reviewed, and information exceeding the retention period will be deleted. If a deletion request is made, it will be promptly addressed.
4. Storage Location and Method
- Personal information will be stored on PCs and intranet servers within the school.
- It will also be stored in secure storage spaces on internet servers contracted by the school.
In some cases, personal information may be shared with related staff or organizations under a confidentiality agreement for purposes such as course management or responding to inquiries. Even in such cases, data will be managed in environments with appropriate security measures, including access restrictions and encryption.
